These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 10wine platform, including all gaming services, sportsbook products, bonus offers, account management, payment processing, and any other features available at 10wine.net. By registering an account on 10wine, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during which you continue to use the Platform.
10wine offers its services to users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the 10wine Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 10wine accepts no liability for use of the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions do so in violation of these Terms and any resulting accounts may be closed without notice.
Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) registered 10wine Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different payment methods, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. 10wine employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited in full.
To create a 10wine Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 10wine Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 10wine will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your 10wine Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10wine Support immediately via live chat. 10wine will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the Account pending investigation. 10wine accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where notification was delayed.
10wine is required to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; a proof of address document such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
All 10wine Accounts opened by users in Pakistan are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in PKR via supported payment methods. 10wine does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
10wine currently supports the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited) online banking, UBL (United Bank Limited) online banking, and Meezan Bank online banking. 10wine reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
10wine operates a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the integrity of our financial operations. Where a same-method return is not possible, 10wine will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative subject to KYC verification.
You may only deposit to your 10wine Account using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account or wallet belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party payment sources will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 10wine are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses issued by 10wine are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount awarded. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% will only partially count towards wagering requirements — contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the 10wine Platform.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire will be removed from your Account automatically. 10wine is not obligated to provide notice of impending bonus expiry.
All sports bets placed on 10wine are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published in the 10wine Sportsbook Rules section. Cricket bets — including PSL markets, international Test matches, T20Is, and bilateral ODI series — are governed by the 10wine Cricket Betting Rules. In the event of ambiguity or omission, 10wine's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
10wine reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected to be based on inside information, where market conditions have changed materially between bet placement and acceptance, or where the bet would result in an unacceptably large liability. Bets are only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the 10wine Platform.
In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at obviously incorrect odds, or a game result being incorrectly credited, 10wine reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the Account balance accordingly. 10wine will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.
All casino games and slot titles available on the 10wine Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. This licence does not include any right to scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in bulk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wine's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 10wine Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10wine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where 10wine has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

You may close your 10wine Account at any time by contacting 10wine Support via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active bonuses will be removed from your Account. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
10wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified; KYC documentation cannot be verified to a satisfactory standard; or where continued operation of the Account would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for 10wine.
Upon account termination by either party, all licences and access rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any Bonus Balance held in the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided no grounds exist for forfeiture under these Terms.
If you have a dispute or complaint relating to a bet settlement, bonus award, payment processing, or any other aspect of the 10wine Platform, you must first raise the matter with 10wine Support via live chat. 10wine aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.
If you are dissatisfied with 10wine's initial response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written escalation request to the 10wine disputes team. All escalations will be reviewed by senior management and a final decision communicated within fourteen calendar days of the escalation submission.
10wine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 10wine will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately without notice.
Your continued use of the 10wine Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wine is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and applicable Pakistani law, the parties agree to resolve such conflict through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
By using the 10wine Platform, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through 10wine's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 10wine's jurisdiction of incorporation, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
